1. Digital File Purchase

1.1: General
No refund for any digital files (due to the nature of digital files).

1.2: Double Purchase  
Exchange / Refund may be offered if buyer mistakenly purchase a same item twice. 

2. Merchandise / Physical Item Purchase

2.1: Returns
Hazel Made does not take returns at this time.
If you have any problems with your order, including damaged or missing items, please fill out the Contact Form below.

2.2: Product Defect
Product purchased from our website will require a photo image of product in question. Once proven this product has a fault, we will work with you to find a solution.

These solutions may include:

✿ Equal exchange of the Product if still available.
✿ Return for store credit, at your shipping expense.

Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.
